We procure seasonal ingredients from all over Japan.
We at NANIWATEI provide dishes, by always thinking about "bringing out the savory taste with dashi stock" in all dishes and try our best to delight both the palate and the eyes of customers, and to make them impressed. We receive many local customers as well as visitors on sightseeing or business trip and serve dishes featuring seasonal ingredients, according to customer's needs.
With a plain sign as a mark, we are obscure stand alone restaurant facing Miyako street in the middle of Susukino, Sapporo. 14 seats at the counter are suitable for small groups, rooms with horigotatsu (with a hollow under the table to stretch legs) are for family customers as well as banquets and business entertainment.
