“Meagre portion .”
Taste was still manageble.But the beef portion was a little too rationed. WINTER time we patronize was still acceptable. Price was reasonable.

“Another good Japanese breakfast place”
This is my 1st time trying out Matsuya. While looking out for places to eat Japanese breakfast (instead of hotel) I come across Matsuya. Matsuya is a fast food chain restaurants in Sapporo. You order and pay at the vending machine (with English option) at the entrance. Then proceed inside, pick ...your seat. The staff will come round to take your receipt and will serve you the food accordingly, tea is free. Simple, very affordable and fast. Food is also good too (standard balance meal). I did some research after my trip from Hokkaido and realised it is all over Japan and most of its store is open 24x7.
