This is an absolutely recommendable French restaurant. You'll be charmed by the radiant smiles of the service team and blow...n away by the chef’s innovative sensory experiments. Sitting here, savoring the dishes, you’ll feel drawn into the unique and immersive atmosphere of the space. Since I was driving, my girlfriend opted for the wine pairing—a true celebration of fine wines—while I went with the non-alcoholic pairing, which left me equally astonished with its thoughtful and intricate combinations. We originally thought we’d arrive late and called twice to reschedule. What left a lasting impression was the simple yet comforting response: “Don’t worry, we’ll wait for you.” Here, it’s not just about the food and wine. Everything—every detail—strikes you with awe, admiration, and a sense of gratitude. Thank you, Chef, and the amazing service team. I had a truly wonderful time here and can’t wait to return when I visit Hokkaido again.
