King Of Gyoza - Chitose Store, Japan - Poor service and food quality!! I visited on 1 Jan 2026 at around 7:01 pm with 9 family members. Many menu items were out of stock, including their specialty ramen, fried rice, and ommelete fried rice. When I asked what was available, I was told that anyth...ing with eggs was out of stock, leaving us with very limited choices. We had no option but to take away a few items. The service was extremely unprofessional. When I requested cutlery to eat at the nearby food court, the waitress shouted at me, snatched the spoon back, and refused to allow me to use it, even after I explained I would return it. Staff had difficulty communicating in English, food quality (especially the gyoza) was poor, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I will not return.
