“Tasty and traditional ramen shop”
A traditional decoration ramen (noodle) shop. There is a small place in front of the shop can allow 5-6 cars parking there. Soy sauce should be the signature one.

“Rich, Hearty, Savory”
Yea, all that I guess but... Still I felt like something was missing. Don't get me wrong, it tasted very good but not the bomb like it's made out to be on some websites. Seems like the lard and soup base could have been blended better. Also would like to have seen more garnish in it like spring ...onions (only saw little). It certainly didn't look as appetizing as it tasted.

“Below average”
Living in Tokyo, I find that in the countryside there are let good quality standards and this was the case here. The wife had the same thought. She had the regular shoyu and I had the chashu shoyu, both regular fat in the soup. Few green onions, the soup was salty from the start with little other fl...avor. The underlying broth was salty, but without any rich flavor. The chashu, thin. The noodles we're softer with little bite and quite grainy or something. We both were unsatisfied and it didn't seem like others around is enjoyed their bowls either. Not up to expectations. Didn't feel good after the meal either. Luckily we stayed beat the taiseysu beer hall the saved our palates.

“Authentic Asahikawa ramen”
They serve Authentic Asahikawa ramen. You can choose Miso(soy beans), Shoyu(soy sauce), Shio(salt) for ramen soup. Even if the restaurant recommends Shoyu, I prefer Miso to Shoyu, because it's a thick soup with a rich flavor. You can also order backfat for light or hard.

“Local Fav Restaurant ”
The soup based tastes diff from normal Ramen. Worth the try if u are nearby don't need to travel all the way just to find this. Gyoza is good. And a pork half boiled egg rice looks delicious but we didn't order. Too much food for early morning.
