“Genius of cooked fish!”
The chef of Ryouriya So is a genius of cooked fish. Tonight we have fugu, tilefish, rockfish, flounder and tuna cooked in different ways for the keisaki. We also have the savoury oyster appetizer, and abalone dish. This was a brilliant dinner because of great food and a very welcoming chef!
