Karakusakan

Nestled in a residential area in Hakodate, this quaint restaurant gives a warm feeling of having a nice modern French meal in a little chateau. The restaurant though small, is well decorated, so high points for ambience. It even has a small area that can seat 6 for a private meal. Service was alr...ight, polite and proper. Food wise, it's a mixed bag. The appetizer was good, as with the soup, home baked breads and quiche. But the main dish which was the chicken, was quite a let down as it was over cooked. Dessert was also disappointing. May visit again for the ambience.
