“Worst service”
It is one of the worst service I've experienced. I'm afraid that the reason why the staffs were so rude to me is that it was not me who purchased the dinner. I can't believe Michelin gives a star.

“Nice lunch!”
I was traveling Sapporo and I got my friend's hubby to make a reservation for us. We arrived 10 mins earlier and the restaurant was opened already. Staff there speaks good English, it was good bcos we don't speak much Japanese. We ordered the Le Menu d'Alsace. It comes with 2 appetizers, 1 soup, 2 ...main courses and 2 desserts. Details please see the attached photos. Food was displayed nicely and taste was good. It was raining heavily after dinner. The restaurant gave us umbrellas so we didn't get wet. Sure we will go there again when we visit Hokkaido next time.

“Food was not bad but not worth the money”
I heard this restaurant is a franchise from Michelin 3 star restaurant in France. My expectation might have been too high, but you can easily find this quality in your town. Wine list was not bad. All French wines.

“Good french food in Sapporo”
We dropped by l'Auberge de l'Ill Sapporo for dinner as it was one of the nicer restaurants that can accommodate a toddler. All of us had to select the same dinner set where as our daughter had a choice from 3 dishes in the children's menu. This is understandable as it will be extremely confusing if ...every adult ordered different sets. Service was also good even though the waiter-in-charge struggled with English - he made a lot of effort to explain the dishes and communicate with us. The food was good, but I thought could be better - the most memorable being the hokkaido scallop with asparagus and hollandaise sauce, fish in coriander soup and deconstructed black forest cake.

“The worst service I've ever met”
At first, the receptionist ignored us and made us wait for a few minutes in front of the gate-I think she judged us by our clothes. And she brought us to the nearest table to the entrance although we booked in advance and there were vacant tables inside. Above all, they asked us to unify the orders ...and have the same menu.
