“Authentic French Fusion Doning”
A fabulously authentic French dining experience in Asahikawa. The French trained chef prepares exquisitely elegant dishes using local Hokkaido ingredients. There is a certain magic to his art. To die for. A+ Michelin level dining.

“Impressive blending of dressing and gravy”
A small decent Western cuisine restaurant with an opend kitchen using many local products. Seven of us had full course dinner with prior reservation. All the dishes are excellent, taste very good and the presentation was excellent. What impressive us most was the dressing, seasoning and gravy, that ...blended so well with the food! Highly recommended. A note: We are foreigners and we made reservation via our hotel. We were reminded seriously that we must inform the hotel if we cannot attend so the hotel could help to cancel the booking. We then learnt that somebody had booked a table the day before and simply absent without informing at all. I therefore is obligue to remind whoever interest of this highly recommended restaurant to be responsible of the booking, as the chef had paid a lot of time and money to prepare the food, and your absent, especially without the soonest notice, would waste all the food and their effort.

“Hidden gem in Asahikawa ”
This cozy-trendy restaurant has an open kitchen where the chef prepares very tasty and nice looking dishes. The portions are ideal for us: enjoying great flavours without over-eating. You have the choice of a 4 or a 6 course menu. We took 4 because we ate a late lunch. Highlights: The cuisson of th...e snapper, the duck and the vegetables were close to perfection. The purée was light and soft. The nice coffee was accompanied by home made madeleines with a splash of lemon. This chef could work in a high end restaurant in Tokyo without blushing. The few attention points for us were: the bread was served too hot ; the waiter was very kind and attentive but he was sniffing at the end of our dinner and even if it is a common thing in japan, it is not done in a restaurant. I will certainly go back!
