Unfortunately, our visit to the restaurant, which was primarily for the Hello Kitty pancake dessert, turned out to be quite disappointing. The pancakes were reminiscent of those made by a common mini pancake machine you can find in any regular store, lacking the special touch we were anticipating. A...dditionally, the service left much to be desired; we couldn't even get warm or hot water, and the staff's response to our English inquiries was a disheartening "No, no." It's clear that there won't be a next time.

I’m not a fan of pancakes but the family loves it. Servings are big so this works well for brunch. Service is also good!!!!

My friend and I are looking for a dessert cafe for an afternoon snack. We came across this pancake cafe. The place seem busy with lines at times. The cafe was decorated in a cozy cottage theme. The menu includes many savory and sweet pancakes. Since we in for a snack we choose one sweet pancakes to ...share. Our pancakes, look like one of the popular choice, came with bananas, strawberries and blueberries, with about 3 layer of good size pancakes. It's also accompanied with this nuts/butter scoope/spread which is delicious. The pancakes have the right amount of chewiness and fluffiness, really does satisfy my pancake craving. It's like those Americans pancakes type done well. For drink I've order a cappuccino, nothing special here, would try other drink than coffee here next time. If you are not taking it as a meal, one to share is definitely enough. Although many table in the cafe does order one each, seem like another popular choice would be the chocolate pancakes. If you are in a rush, this place might not be suitable, there might be lines plus it does take a while for our pancakes to arrive after ordering.

A highly recommended Cafe/Restaurant for breakfast or brunch. Excellent location inside a famous shopping mall in JR Sapporo Station. Not only their food are pleasing to the eyes which makes it more delicious but with big serving size at an affordable prices.

There's something about Japanese bacon and sausage that is just SO. GOOD. And this place has a really good set meal that includes salad, pancakes, bacon, egg, and coffee. What's also nice is the size of the coffee - most Japanese places give you a tiny cup but this is a good sized mug of coffee. The...re aren't a lot of "Western" style breakfast restaurants but this one happens to be a very good one.
