“authentic japanese cuisine”

as Niseko become more and more westernize, it would be great to have an authentic dinner after snowboarding. We went there for dinner with onsen package (not staying at hotel, meal only). experience is great. Food is very fresh and delicious. presentation is always wonderful that's why I like dining... in onsen restaurant. But heard that we can't have dining and onsen package if we are not staying at hotel.
