“Not grand but does the job”
Buffet style lunch. If you haven't booked, you'll probably have to wait. Seems very popular with families, maybe because the price is so inexpensive and there is a discount for people over 65 and discount for young children of elementary school age. The buffet is not on a grand scale, but there is a... wide choice. There is a sushi chef (hidden) in the corner. You choose your fish and he'll make it for you right then and there. The salad bar is located next to the dessert and I did miss it the first time round. The food is more on the Japanese side with some Western style dishes. There is a freezer next to the drinks that contains ice-cream you can scoop yourself. Again, not obvious the first time round. Very close to Nakajima Park station. Price ¥1,700 adult. Over 65 ¥1,400 Elementary school ¥840. Not bad when you think that translates to less than 10pounds for an adult.
