“Dinner”
We two families stayed nearby during our skiing. We found here for the dinner. The lodge house was sweet, with wide space and warm light, so cozy. The staff were nice. We tried steak, chicken, pork and dairy fish. Very delicious and volumed.

“Amazing Location. OK Restaurant”
This is probably the coolest location in the Niseko area. High on a ridge looking back towards Annupuri and Mt Yotei. We visited in Winter but it'll be equally nice in Summer. Party of 6. 4 adults and two kids. Nicely constructed, modern wooden restaurant building. Menu was simple (about 8 mains t...o shoose from). Food was OK but not amazing. Value was OK but not amazing. Let down a bit by service; two diners finished their mains before the others arrived. The 'Wine Beef' wasn't cheap and wasn't as good as a high grade Wagyu steak. We'd probably visit again but feel that the restaurant isn't quite befitting the location yet.

“Amazing service and quality!”
We were staying at the lodge and decided to stay in for a night, and our first dinner was so good that we ended up eating there again the next night! The shabu-shabu, grilled chicken, beef stew, and cheesecake were all excellent. BTW, 20% discount if you're a lodge guest!

“Some kind of cool”
What a great surprise. This new lodge in a natural setting is a short distance from Niseko Resort. They simply exceeded our high expectations. The rooms were new, clean and with enough room to relax. The staff was amazing. They were warm and welcoming. They provided complimentary shuttle services to.../from the ski resort, dining establishments and local onsens. The intimate nature of the lodge setting allowed us to share experiences with other guests. The breakfasts were soooo good. And the restaurant for dinner was top notch. Take it from a seasoned traveler, don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

“Hidden Gem in the pricy Niseko”
We found Keyspring as a last minute option and had our small concerns about it. We were so wrong! The place is simply stunning. Only a year old, extremely clean, with fantastic location not too far from the slopes in the area. The staff is more than kind and chef Tom (from North Texas :-) cooks exce...ptional meals. Price wise is way cheaper than other places we found and certainly a lot better quality. The small and cozy hotel is build of wood and it gives a truly mountain feel of the place. Great experience that made our Japan snowboarding trip just perfect.
