Superlative wagyu Hong Kong hotpot and vegetable hotpot - a delight - a perfect way to spend NYE. Amazing, friendly experience with an extensive menu, fresh, fabulous, tasty ingredients - and we were even dropped back to our hotel by the wonderful Australian owner. Book early!!

We booked a table for 3 for New Year Eve dinner on 31 Dec 2023 at Him Kee Niseko. Reservation was made via Table Check on 25 Oct 2023 ( 2 months before ) The correspondence between Alex from Him Kee by WhatsApp was prompt, we have reserved two sets of Wagyu beef hot pot sets. Minimum charge was... 25000 yen per adult. Which we confirmed to accept as it is NYE. 3 days before New Year Eve, we received email that our booking was cancelled by Him Kee. They whatsapped us said there was suddenly a big party booked the whole place!!! As you know, it is hard to find a decent place to eat without any reservation in advance in Niseko, turned out we could mot find anywhere to eat and need to buy food from 7-Eleven for dinner on NYE! Where is the integrity to do business? We booked two months before and some bigger group booked 3 days in advance could get our table. Don’t go to this restaurant, they run without integrity and sincerity. Shame on Him Kee!

Went with my friends (6 pax from Singapore) after a long day of ski. Had the Chicken Broth and Beef Broth, the former was very tasty while the latter was lighter. All the ingredients were very fresh and good quality, perfect choice for a group meal on a cold evening. Highly recommend to anyone who i...s craving for good quality hot pot 🤤 Note: Didn't manage to take more photos as we were busy eating 🤭
