“Great experience”
We were six three adults three children. We were not able to get a table so we sat at the counter where they cook the okonomiyaki. They have a English menu and a variety of appetizers that were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great and it was so interesting watching them cook the okonomi...yaki before they put it on the stainless steel bench in front of us to eat from. Total aside their gyoza what's the best that my kids have experienced in Japan according to them. It is unique and very tasty. The okonomiyaki ... they have many kinds and we had three or four different kinds all you need case would highly recommend it if you've never had one before. some of them are quite rich tasting so it does help if you have something spicy like kimchi to eat with it which is not traditional but it helps cut some of the richness. overall highly recommend this place the staff was great the meal was great the price was a little expensive but not ridiculous.

“Second time a Desaster . ”
We had dinner at Chibo which was excellent. Next day we decided to have it again. At 6pm we were asked to come one our later. So we did. The restaurant had a party of German guests, although empty tables available. They refused to serve us. We are guests for one week at the Ritz Carlton and the GM ...send us down with a guide. Never happened before to us!
