“Fun Food and Energetic Robata”
Fresh meat and seafood charcoaled in front of you, then served to you on a paddle. Where else but Isaribi. First come first serve for seating around the robata grill. Fun, loud and smokey atmosphere. Most dishes are 300 Yen. Cheap but good eat. Highly recommend to friends visiting Osaka.

“This Robatayaki is an Elegant Izakaya”
I joined a Japanese colleague for dinner at the Isaribi robatayaki near Osaka Hankyu Station on a Monday night. We could get a reservation for two the night before, even though the reservation system indicated no availabilty. Better to call for a reservation several days in advance, as this is a v...ery popular place. We were seated in front of the glorious selection of fish, meat and vegetables that the chef then moves to the grille as you tell him what you want. It's like being seated at a sushi counter and calling out what you want. Pointing works too! Everything is so fresh and perfectly cooked. We stayed about 2 hours and were politely asked if there were any "last orders" - clearly the restaurant needs to accomodate the customers that have later reservations. Loved it! Price/value equation was also quite positive.

“Excellent find”
Happened to find this place using TripAdvisor while staying close by. A truly authentic experience with great food cooked right in front of you. They have a menu in English, all you need to do it point to what you want and the chef behind the charcoal grill prepares it. Lots of locals and you may ne...ed to wait to get in but it's worth the wait

Original Japanese Tapas experience well served at basement level Food is simple pocked from a piled of ice and marinated with original sauce. Price is reasonable for dinner 20-30$/person including beer

“True gem in umeda area”
Isaribi is one of the chain from rikimaru group.. it is located on underground floor just 100-200m from new hankyu hotel ( the place i stay) .. all i can say all of the food were mindblowing .. the service were impeccable as well.. the restaurant gave such a happy vibe there’s a bingo game with a ...certain discount as a price with a bald middle age japanese man as the MC maybe he is the manager / owner .. such a kind and cheerful man.. A must try restaurant in umeda area
