Coming to Osaka we were so excited to try okonomiyaki and this place had such great reviews. We arrived and had a short wait as the place was quite busy. We were pretty excited because the atmosphere was great and the place was busy so surely that meant great food??? Once we were led to our table we... promptly ordered some snacks and our okonomiyaki. After waiting for 30 mins and seeing other customers receive their okonomiyaki we were starting to get worried our order was forgotten. We asked the waiter on the wait time for the okonomiyaki to which he replied that he hadn’t put the order through. So we ordered again, as well as some sides for my now starving three year old. After another 30 mins wait and still no okonomiyaki we asked the waiter if it would be much longer, to which he replied 5 mins. In the end my daughter was so hungry, I was upset so we ended up cancelling the order due to the wait and terrible customer service. I cannot even leave a review for okonomiyaki but I am bitterly disappointed by the service thus far is Osaka. Hopefully we will have a better experience elsewhere

Highly impressed by the making and presentation of the Okonominyaki. The staff make it for you and are clearly experts. We had the Kimchi Okonominyaki and the Pork/Negi Okonominyaki. No English menu though, except for drinks.

Come here- world famous franchise for your Okonomiyaki and have them cook and serve this in front of your eyes. Bibs recommended (There is a reason why there's a 15-20 minute wait at peak times!!)

We are at Osaka, so we went to an Osaka BBQ (Okonomiyaki) Restaurant. Just walking distance from the hotel we stay. The restaurant opens until 1 am, and doesn’t take any reservation. First come first serve! It’s located in a business alley with many other restaurants and shops. We order a sea...food Okonomiyaki, a mix skewer with five different ingredients, a Japanese stir fried noodle, a bowl of Edamame and a plum wine. All foods were prepared and cooked perfectly, ingredients are fresh and the price is so unbelievably reasonable, about $30 US for a feast, what a bargain! Strongly recommended for anyone who loves Okonomiyaki and skewer.

Each table has its own plate were they make the food. The food was very good. The only negative site was that it’s a very busy restaurant. We had to wait for 45 minutes. When we left there still was a very long queue outside.
