“The perfect Italian neighbourhood bistro”
Have now been here twice for lunch. The restaurant is tucked away in a residential street and is tiny with space for 14 people. They have a 3 course fixed price lunch for about 1,200 yen which is remarkable. The chef manages to produce Italian food with a Japanese twist; absolutely delicious a...nd remarkable for such a small place. All the food is freshly prepared. Had a mixed salad which was beautifully dressed, then spaghetti with tiny slices of potato and other vegetables. Followed by desert of creme caramel and a scoop of gelato. Served with fresh warm bread. The chef who I think is the owner is an older gentleman and there are two other staff. They are friendly, service is wonderful. This is the perfect neighbourhood Italian bistro. Not in a main area but having eaten here last year and being close by, ensured we were in the area at lunchtime. Highly recommend.
