“Best bar for Guiness”

If you are in Kyoto check out Dublin bar for friendly staff and great beers. The food is awesome as well. The spicy chicken is great, the guiness as well. Its a small bar but great fun. In a city of bars it is one of the best for local flavour with good food and cold beers.
