Sensyou

This is a small but elegant restaurant specialized in Kyoto style traditional Japanese cusine. I had a five-course lunch here with two other people. Though the serving portion was small, it was very nicely presented and every course was very tasty. It was a kind of working lunch and therefore we ...had to skip beer. That was very unfortunate. The service was made elegantly by kimono-clad ladies. The restaurant is unfortunately located in the Saiin area of Kyoto and you probably have no reason to go to this area (especially for sightseeing) unless you have some business in the neighbourhood.
