Went for lunch and was surprised with the quality vs price. We ordered the most expensive course which was only 1,980 yen and included several dishes, dessert and the food was just delicious. Recommended.

This place was above our hotel and we headed for the "sky view" and pre drink before dinner. The initial service was average, drinks were great, view was the same as from out hotel room anyway (Hotel Icheiei). I haven't completed many restaurant reviews from our time in Japan. There are thousands an...d thousands of restaurants in any given prefecture, it's too difficult to recommend one unless you're really experienced in a particular food type or have tried many many restaurants. I found it best to just find somewhere in your travels and take a punt. As for Blue Bird, I wouldn't make a special effort, if you're passing by though, they have good drinks, free popcorn and the menu looked decent.
