“Delicious Family meal”
We had dinner as a family of 5 on Sunday. We did the Special Chef tasting menu. The food was delicious. Our waiter Yuki was warm, informative and made the experience very positive.

“Class and italian”
The location of this place is magical, next to a pagoda and the ambiance super chill. The menu is fixed and they take you through it slowly so you can enjoy every dish. It is a very nice and fancy place where you can relax and enjoy good food

“Outstanding Japanese-Italian in Cool Kyoto Location”
This small and elegant restaurant is located in a narrow lane in Kyoto next to the Hokanji temple. The cuisine is certainly Italian influenced, but the style is more Japanese with multiple small and delicate dishes. Our food was delicious, with the fish and lamb dishes particularly outstanding. The... food including the pasta dishes was much lighter and fresher than you often find in Italian restaurants. Nice wine list sold in individual glasses.

“"Italian, but not Italian"”
This "famous" Italian restaurant combines Japanese ingredients to make, fine dining, Italian cuisine. Service and presentation are excellent. Adjacent to the Yasaka Pagoda; great neighborhood.

“Italy around the corner from Yasaka pagoda”
We felt like we were in Piedmont not Kyoto. We chose from a la carte menu. Wonderful agnolotti, risotto and veal. Nice selection of wines by glass. Coffee panacotta worth the trip. Unfortunately We we’re unable to get reservation for second night.
