Serving daily carefully-selected jidori (free-range) chicken dressed the same morning and Kyoto vegetables chargrilled to lock in the umami flavors.
Our artisan chefs pay fastidious attention to preparation details using our secret sauce continuously added on for over 25 years, natural salt from Amakusanada Beach in Kumamoto prefecture, and Binchotan Charcoal from the Tosa and Miyazaki to serve flavors prepared by professional artisan chefs.
