“Accommodating, decent food”
There were 6 of us. More sociable than hungry, but having agreed to have dinner together. We wandered the huge Nishinomiya Gardens mall looking for somewhere that looked good to us all but didn't have a line of people waiting to get in. Saturday evening. Good luck. hen we found this place. Spacious... and welcoming. They didn't look so crowded. They even had a table for eight, which we expanded to fill. Extensive menu, all Italian, with pictures. Beer, that came soon. Friendly wait staff. The food was good but not filing, We ordered more. It came and we kept eating. Not the best Italian food, but good enough for socialising. The bill wasn't too much of a shock, either. Pleasant throughout. Mission accomplished.

“Pizza was not good, not wood-fired oven”
It is a restaurant inside a mall for a quick meal. Service is ran by young students who are working part-time in the restaurant (I guess all of them). While the service and environment were ok food was probably the worst part of the experience. I would not say it was bad, just not tasty at all. ... I realized late when we were leaving the restaurant but the oven is not wood-fired. When talking about italian pizza this makes the difference.

“Tasteless Italian”
A franchised "Italian" restaurant, really flavorless. The menu is really adjusted to the Japanese clientele, the pasta sauces have msg or Japanese seaweed flavoring. We had their full course menu as well as a margarita pizza. Had to add hot sauce and salt on every serving. Ceasar's salad was... stale. After saying the above, it was the cheapest meal we have had that wasn't fast food. This place is a quick Italian, it doesn't purport to be high end and it's typical mall food level. So we can't be too judgemental.
