They also run a "French" version of Bar Salu a block away. Located a block north of Hankyu Nishinomiya Kitaguchi, this is an "Italian Bar". They have a couple of things that are interesting. First, they have fresh pasta and second, for lunch, they have an all you can eat tapas including in the ...price of your pasta. Considering the price point of about 1,000 yen per person, this is not a bad deal. Pasta, while it is fresh (positive) the meat sauce was pretty watery and tasteless. The tapas offerings included things like salad, stale french fries, fried pasta, bean salad... Nothing was great. That being said, for lunch, it wasn't a bad deal. You did leave the restaurant full. No parking but plenty of pay parking nearby.
