Went twice with family. Ordered a huge set with unagi, sashimi, salad, tempura, soup - I loved it. In fact had it twice on the two visits. Kids ordered unagibwith eggs and love it. Service is swift and oh yes, ask for English menu if need.

“Great dinner at the end of the day”

My family and I found ourselves at Kyoto Station at the end of the day after visiting several places in Kyoto. We decided to walk around Kyoto Station and find some place to eat dinner, as we were all quote hungry. We found the Edogawa Restaurant and decided to eat at this place. Since my two sons ...love unagi, this was a natural win-win place to dine. I had the unagi bowl which came with unagi on rice, some pickles, and miso soup. Oh wow, that was sooo good! The final tab came out to $92.00 for the four of us, so that is only $23.00 per head. That is reasonable for the quality of food that I ate. Ok, back to the hotel fro some hard earned sleep.

Good location near The Kyoto Station. I had a lunch in an eel restaurant. Traditional Japanese cuisine was added to UNESCo’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list. I had broiled eels and “eel and rice”. These are very traditional Japanese Cuisine, but recently there are a few restaurant of eel near the ...station. Here, nice taste, kind staffs and proper price.
