We stayed at the hotel and tried the buffet for breakfast a couple of times during our stay. Very good value for money with a great selection of Japanese as well as Western style breakfast food and breakfast drinks options. They have a salad bar with fluffy Japanese potato salad, fluffy white rice, ...miso soup, kimchi and pickled vegetables, a fresh bread selection, 4 different types of grilled fish, eggs (2 style) as well as those delicious mini breakfast sausages, plus more. Highly recommended. We miss staying at the hotel and going to to the buffet already.

One of the best value meals had throughout Japan. Very reasonable cost with all you could eat including drinks which were unlimited. The dessert table beckoned an inticing chocolate fountain not to be missed

Arrived late on a tour group & came straight down for dinner as it was about 8.30pm with final orders taken at 9 & close at 9.30pm. Staff were very helpful & friendly accomodating our neeeds for the occasion.

Located on the first floor of the Plaza Hotel Osaka, this primary functions as the hotel breakfast buffet. Located on the edge of the Juso Red Light district so it is not necessarily the best location for a hotel. It's official name is Buffet Restaurant Crystal but the name above is somewhat an ac...curate description. We went there for lunch. It is cheap, about Y 1,400 for all you can eat. Food selection is actually pretty sparse but it is fresh and decent. They had beef steak which was really nicely done. A utilitarian salad bar, Japanese curry and a hodgepodge of other warm foods. Their dessert bar included an ice cream machine which made my day. They had all the regular desserts, pudding, fruit, little sweet cakes etc.. Nothing was outstanding but nothing was bad. Everything was fresh. Considering the price point, it was a good buy. Free parking if you purchase over Y 3,000.
