“Good food, price”
I dined three times during my visit. Two lunches and one dinner. Knowing it is at basement of Ritz Calrlton, I expected this to be a pricey place. It was not at all. There was daily lunch special set every day, Monday to Friday which is only $8. It includes free green tea that you can get as many... refill as you want. Great Rits Carlton level service, but no tip required. I met the owner who was very friendly and he himself serve food and try to get to know his customers. You would enjoy beautiful ceramic plates they use to serve your food.

“Great food in nice atmosphere”
Zenen Herbis Plaza (= Nishiumeda Zenen) is a great place to enjoy Japanese food with good service and high-end food. A lot of very special food is being served which we had to look up online to get the right translation. Very attractive for business dinner and well located ...
