“Kobe Sirloin is best to be cooked by way of teppanyaki”
Visited Kobe on a day trip mainly for beef lunch. The restaurant is a traditional teppanyaki type of setup with experienced chefs. Took the head waitress’ recommendation for Kobe Sirloin steak. The chef cut the steak into a few pieces before actually fry them. The very middle part of the steak w...as the most delicious part. The chef was so efficient that he finished the cooking faster than the rate of my eating. Couldn’t blame him though as the meat couldn’t sit there for too long without chilling or cooking. I can’t say it’s too rush, but I think I actually finished the meal in a little over half an hour. It’s ok for lunch, but I hope they will slow down a little for dinner.

“This is the one you looking for!”
If you are looking for a restaurant specialized in Kobe beef, I think this is the one! However, please do make a reservation before hand as I believe they will arrange the best seat and group for you. We are served in front of the teppan hot plate while watching every food and ingredients prepared a...nd serve right in front of you. The designated chef will ask your preference for the steak and guide you how to should dine with the side condiments prepared for your menu. That ensured you to fully enjoy the whole Kobe steak and of course the side vegetables. I am amazed with their mustard with soy sauce as a deep to give extra taste for the Kobe beef even it is already superb by itself. We had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend and also able to make new friends who sit across the the stove.

“Great beef but could improve with little touches”
The food (the beef of course) was tender, delicious and a good experience. The meal was simple, nothing complicated. Great beef and vegetables, seasoned with just salt and pepper and cooked right in front of you. We ordered the tenderloin and sirloin menus, which my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed.... My only gripes were: 1. The bread served were 2 slices of dry and stale baguette. 2. For 14,200 yen (110 euros), they could have given us proper chopsticks instead of disposable ones. Otherwise, a worthwhile experience. However, I would strongly recommend a reservation.

“Kobe Beef Is Delicious!”
The taste of marbled Kobe beef is fantastic. The lead of a professional cook is very good. It is also beautiful that Cherbet and coffee clean my oily mouth. But if you go to lunch alone, you can't experience all of the DepanyakI skills.

“Kobe beef teppanyaki, watch your kids!”
Reservation is a must, although I think foreigner will be assigned the 2nd shift (1.30 pm onward) during lunch hours. Went there as a family. The funny thing is they asked beforehand that you control your children to avoid them being too rowdy. Which results in the parents getting rather tense. Food...wise all in all is a fulfilling kobe beef teppanyaki meal, price justifiable (For kobe beef)
