Ushinosyou

We visited ウシノショウ in Osaka based on a recommendation from my senior colleague at my workplace whilst studying in Japan. It was described as a special place for a special occasion by said colleague and after our experience we are in complete agreement! I booked in advance on recommendation by visiti...ng the restaurant on a previous trip through Osaka and mentioned that the meal would be on occasion for by girlfriend's birthday. We ordered the generous nomihoudai alongside the full yakiniku course recommended by my senior. Every course showed a unique attention to detail, both in presentation and taste. A it was my girlfriend's first time trying yakiniku, the owner also showed us how to cut the majority of cuts to taste perfection! Thank you for such a fantastic experience that we will not soon forget!
