“Did not meet expectation”

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant. I had much high expectations but I was disappointed. The place was almost empty. The staff does not speak a smattering of English. Considering that it was at the basement of the Boston Plaza Hotel in Kusatsu, it is surprising. The food was OK. T...he sake selection was poor. The only plus point was that they gave guests from Boston Plaza Hotel a 10% discount.
