In order for customers to enjoy the delicious taste of "Banshu Hyakunichidori chicken," the chicken directly delivered from the producing area is manually cut up in whole in the morning so as to keep the freshness at most, which is later on distributed to each store. Therefore, you can enjoy the authentically delicious and sweet taste of very fresh chicken. We use "Kishu Binchotan charcoal" which is also called the king of Binchotan charcoal.
