“Superior Kaga cuisine served in Kyoto”

last stayed in this luxurious onsen hotel in Wakura onsen in 2005 and enjoyed its Kaga cuisine. Ordered a seasonal only Nodoguro ("black throat') course where the fish was served in sashimi, grilled and steamed, with delicately prepared appetizers. We ordered a cold sake to pair with the fish. Nice ...view of the Kyoto Tower from our table. Had a good dinner and will return for other courses.
