“Mr. Ng”
I ordered a hotpot chicken, but they gave me the barbecued (cooked) chicken, and asked me to put it in the hotpot. This is completely different from the picture shown on the menu (which should be raw chicken, and cook by the customer themselves). I asked the staff and they only said they cannot spea...k English (it is in the tourist area). I canceled the dinner, without eating anything. I think this is one of the worst dining experience in Japan, and around the world.

“Normal”
Big place near Kyoto station. Its not the cheapest place to have a dinner but it is not expensive. The quality of the food is very good and the place is always full but you dont need to book in advance.
