We are proud of our special Japanese broth, which is made by blending several kinds of broths to create a deep flavorful broth. Our special shabu-shabu served with this special Japanese broth is truly exquisite. Our original blend of ponzu vinegar has a refreshing citrus aroma. The sweet ponzu sauce, which does not have a harsh aroma unique to vinegar, enhances the flavor of the vegetables. It also goes well with the all-you-can-eat “filet cutlet.
