No disappointment for celebration dinner among friends. Beautiful food and service. Even assuming no viable Japanese on our part we spoke with smiles and were rewarded with friendly service of lovely selection of seafoods from a set menu.

Close to the station and make sure you make a booking. It was mostly filled with locals so we felt this is a right place. Little English only so we tried their set dinner which was great! You get to try a bit of everything of Japanese cuisine and definitely get you very full!

We sat right at the counter next to the kitchen and above the chef is a mirrored ceiling so you can see all of the action. Every single course was impeccably presented and beautiful in flavour. The sashimi is delicious and served on big chunks of ice. The duck soup is divine, tempura excellent... e...very dish was perfect. This is one of my top 3 restaurants in Japan. I'm definitely going back!

We visited this place for dinner in mid-March 2017. We ordered two set meals, with around 6 - 7 items each. We sat right at the bar area where the chef prepares the food. The whole experience was unique, with good food and a wide range of sake choices. It was overall a wonderful dining experience. ...They speak very little English but luckily the main chef can roughly explain what the dishes are!
