Our eels from Lake Mikawa are slit open along the belly and grilled the Kansai-way without steaming to bring out their aroma.
Grilling gets rid of the eel's excess fat and the added sauce made from our secret recipe complement the eel to give it a wonderful texture with perfectly blended aroma and tenderness.
Eels from Lake Hamanako is famous, but River Mikawa's eels are highly praised for their quality and flavour among food professionals.
We carefully select the choicest quality eels from River Mikawa, and grill them with love.
