We produce our own homemade soba noodles daily, using domestic buckwheat flour
(mainly carefully select Hokkaido brands) according to season.
We're also persistent about the texture of the noodles upon swallowing.

We're located at Kyoto's entrance, "Kyoto Station."
We want our customers who come from afar distances to feel and enjoy "Kyoto," even if for a short amount of time.
