“A must for meat lovers ”
A legendary good steak restaurant. The restaurant it self was old in its style. White walls tarnished by years of fat induced smoke with dark wood parts. The fire pits was built into the tables. The difference from other steak houses in Japan was that the fire pit itself was covered by a huge black... stone that was heated by the flame. The meat was pree cut in strips but presented as a whole bit with various sea food and vegetables. The meat had grade school from ordinary beat up to wagyo meat. The ordinary beef was a bit tougher and the wagyo was like butter that melted in your mouth with a fantastic meaty taste. A bit of the meat was nearly only fat and I think you were supposed to use that part in the beginning to faten the steak stone, otherwise some other stuff would stick to the stone(like the mussels) The captors was extremely nice and helpful. I would gladly come back here some day
