The chef has over many years of experience, serve the superb dishes.
Always serving over 35 different types of creative kushikatsu specially made with seasonal, fresh ingredients.
In order to fully accentuate the delicious flavors of the ingredients used, this restaurant serves its very own homemade sauce made with about 50 different ingredients and its very own special salt alongside the skewers ordered. The homemade sauce has been added ever since it first opened!
The "Omakase (Chef's choice)" option is also available besides course cuisine. This option allows you to try the best of what the chef has to offer until you burst!
