“A big disappointment”
We came here because the other restaurants we chose were fully booked. We were the only customers for dinner on a Friday night. I’ve had A5 Wagyu beef in the USA and they documented the genealogy of the beef served for its authenticity. The beef at this restaurant tasted more like USDA choice. ... I believe this restaurant is a tourist trap. For $360 US dollars, I expected better food and better service. Instead, we were served by a couple of young girls who were basically order takers who did not know how to professionally interact with clientele.

The combination of exceptional food and engaging cross-cultural communication created a dining experience that will be remembered for a lifetime. Under Chef Yuki’s expertise, Kissho-Kichi is a must-visit for anyone seeking culinary excellence with a personal touch.

“Great dining authentic Kobe beef”
This is my first time experiencing Kobe beef prepared by a professional chef in front me. Great experience! I love the beef so soft and tender.

“Kobe beef experience”
The best thing about this restaurant was our chef, Mitsuda! He was fun, funny and entertaining. The beef was delicious and even the salad was really good. The staff were a little slow getting us seated and attended to. As well, we were disappointed in the actual restaurant. It was hard to find as it... is upstairs to a more casual restaurant below. Its atmosphere does not mirror the price of the meal. I do recommend this restaurant for the chef and food, just don’t have high expectations on the ambiance if you’ve travelled a lot and experienced high end restaurants.
