Located on the basement restaurant floor of HiHi Town near the Keihan Osaka Uehonmachi Station. It is large enough to hold 16 plus people without too much difficulty. Cheap beer, fried treats, bbq chicken bits and add good company, what can go wrong? To be clear, food quality is average. T...hey did have horse sashimi, which was very good. People do not go to these types of establishments solely for the quality of the food but go because of the cold draft beer and comfortable environment.
