Shirayuki Brewery Restaurant Chojukura

A spacious a restaurant, and the environment is good for a dinner gathering. We were a group with twelve, they arrange a table that we can see each other. The most favourite dish was the Octopus dish. Pikcal vegetable fried rice and deep fried potato salad also good. The best thing was my friend w...as able to taste four beer varieties for 800yen.

This is an excellent choice for business groups, tables are German beer hall style. Excellent beer selection, try the sampler. Sake is poured from a very long neck pot, it is sure to entertain guests. As stated earlier, thin cut octopus is great

Let's face it, you're probably not staying in Itami by choice - perhaps you have an early flight in the morning. Well, risk flying with a slightly sore head, because this place is well worth a visit. Apparently Itami water is renowned for its purity, and Shirayuki was originally a sake brewery. Wond...erful beers, including some great Belgian imports. Quality Japanese beer-hall food - I loved the thin-sliced octopus in garlic butter. Fairly quiet on the Thursday night I visited, but looks like it might get rocking at weekends. Not cheap (1000 yen for a bottle of Duvel), but makes for a merciful relief from the blah that is the rest of Itami.
