Located inside Akashi Vivre Shopping Mall, Building 2, on the ground floor, the opposite side of the building from the food court. A few quirks, ordering FIRST need to write down your complete order on an order sheet, then ring the table bell. The server will come to take your order FROM your pape...r order sheet and then confirm verbally your order. This place has a minimum order for longer stays. You can't just order the cheapest thing on the menu and spend a few hours in the restaurant. Payment is self pay except you cannot use credit cards. If you want to use a credit card, you need to ring the bell at the register and an attendant will come to process your payment. Everything seems to be an exercise in trying to make things more simplified but it ends up being more complicated. Food is the same everywhere. All the food isn't tasty but it is cheap. My chicken was palatable only but I am not complaining because it was under ¥500 for the set. Who can beat the price? I will always defend this place. It is good for what it does.
