“Same service everywhere, this location is a little hidden.”
There is signage pointing you to this location because it is hidden on a side street off the main drag. This location is really dated. Is due for an update. The washrooms are clean but well-used. The 2nd floor is where the tables are located. The first floor is all counter seating only. Food ...is the same at every location. Chinese fast food, and you can't beat the price. You can find lunches for under 1,000 yen per set meal. Service is very quick. You do not come here for the food; you come here because it is cheap. It is comforting to know what you are going to get regardless of where you go in Japan. Will probably end up here again sometime in the future.
