We are fastidious about our soba (buckwheat) noodles prepared by hand, and guard our tradition of flavors. Our soba noodles prepared from gen soba (crushed buckwheat) using a stone mortar guarantees a natural flavor.
An izakaya restaurant during evening hours, we serve carefully-selected shochu and regional sake selections, recommended for entertaining business clients, corporate dinners and banquets.
Our nabe (hot pot) recommendation is the "Soba-shabu" (savoring Soba for finishing shabu-shabu), abundant in umami flavors from beef that highly compatible our soba noodles. (Extra servings of noodles available free-of-charge!)
