Evenly-marbled meat with texture that seems to melt on your palate is rich and sweet in flavor. The fatty meat is characteristic for its refreshing aftertaste. We are fastidious about using domestically grown food ingredients, and actively use "Yamato Vegetables" grown in Nara Prefecture. Our 3 course selections total serving seasonal flavors change with each season. High-end seafood selections such as abalone and Japanese lobster are purchased if consulted in advance.
