“Cheap eats near Emmachi station.”

Goes alright for cheap eats. A bar that serves a good range of smaller dishes such as grilled chicken, tofu, seafood etc. Real local feel. Has a menu with pictures in English to make it all pretty easy. It's apparently a chain of restaurants/bars but you don't get that sense. Lunch or dinner.
