“Just bad”
Very unfriendly and slow service. They just do not know how to make pizza. If you are looking for pizza just avoid this place!

“Expensive and nothing like an italian Pizza!!!”
Unfortunately he forgot our water and my pizza came after my friend finished already his. My toppings were cold and I obviously didn't have ruccola on my pizza, it was some other herb. Really disappointing. Also because there was no understanding for my pizza issues.

“Expensive but excellent service and great food”
We received excellent service at this restaurant. We are not Japanese speakers but the restaurant has English menus and the staff were able to speak to us in English. The restaurant was quite stylish and very smart and clean. We ordered the lunch special - we could have one of a number of main dishe...s (pizza/pasta), a salad, and a coffee/tea/espresso (with a surprise mini dessert) for 1500yen. We are both vegetarians and ordered the mozzarella pizza on the deal as we saw that the salad didn't list any meat or fish. We didn't tell the waitress that we were vegetarian (we should have) and when the salad arrived she told us what everything was in English including anchovies in the sauce. We were happy just to forego the salad as we should have mentioned this in Japan, but the waitress was great and said no problem and brought us a green salad instead. The salad and pizza were delicious - would recommend for excellent service for vegetarians, and excellent access for English speakers. Find this restaurant on the 10th floor of the Lucua shopping mall next to Osaka station.

“Nice food but very small serves”
The Food tasted authentic Italian but beware the small serves are really child size, for example a small pasta would only fit into a miso soup bowl! Large are what you would expect in a standard serve. It has an English menu which is advantageous for us who could not read Japanese. Was very disappoi...nted they do not serve water. You have to buy them. I have had better value elsewhere.

“Great Pizza restaurant located conveniently at Osaka Station”
Visited with a friend of mine from Osaka, really enjoyed their foods and pleasant ambient. So conveniently located in the building adjacent to JR Osaka station.
