Terrible. We love this chain of restaurants from Hawaii but here we could not even get anyone to take our order. No staff no service. Do not go here. You are wasting your time and money. So disappointing.

“TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MID FOOD”
This was awful. Not a Japanese experience, the staff gave us the wrong bill. Our order was not correct, the grill temperature was not consistent. The ramen tastes worse than Mr. Noodles. It took 15 mins to get our orders to our table, we were missing quite a few food items including drinks. We wil...l not be coming back, stay far away!

Terrible customer service made by the blonde foreign manager (her name is Lisa) ruined the good food and customer satisfaction. We came in 15 minutes earlier than our reserved time. 1) She rejected to let us come in and asked us to wait outside in the winter time and come back at the right time that... we booked. 2) Then we were escorted to a table which was different from the one we booked because we came with kids and preferred the baby chair. So we complained it with one of her staff. After that, she approached us and angrily said that they were full of bookings and asked whether we accepted the table or they cancelled our reservation (it meant she wanted to kick us out because she thought we were annoying). 3) When we were about to leave and check the bill for payment, she requested us to stop complaining and leave her restaurant (exactly she said:"it's time for you guys to leave"). 4) At the end when we were settling the payment and complaining about her poor attitude with the other staff, she came to us and threatened us that she would call the police because we were annoying her staff??? What kind of attitude and customer service that a manager can do to the customers??? It was a terrible experience that we have ever had with Gyu Kaku. Im sorry for you guys about that very poor manager which can damage your business

“cold noodles very good”
i didnt eat the meat cause i didnt feel to eat meat so i ordered cold noodle,even outside cold weather but inside warm,so,i feel like to eat cold noodle,it was very good,

“Japanese bbq”
Very good all you can eat bbq + all you can drink menu. Beef, chicken, pork, seafood, mushrooms, salad, kimchi etc. Highly recommended to visit.
